A World Fair Trade Day event could be as simple as voting Fair Trade by buying a Fair Trade product or asking your local store why they don't stock more of them. But you could do that tomorrow. Right now, there’s time to think of something a little more ambitious and find people to help you pull it off. You could change your world dramatically. You could change the face of trade. You really could. With poverty, climate change and financial crisis threatening the future of billions of people, and little being done about it, we all have the motivation.

If the International Fair Trade Association can support a media-facing event they will, but with limited resources there can be no promises. If you think you have a world-changing event please don't be shy about telling us as we'd like to help with at least one event on each continent to demonstrate that Fair Trade means business - albeit sustainable business.
